James is a commercial property expert with 15 years industry experience. For more than 10 years, James led the Gold Coast Investment Services team for Colliers, a leading global real estate services company. Here he sold development sites, office buildings, shopping centres, childcare, medical, industrial, storage, retail, motel, retirement and residential properties. His clients include private clients, governments, publicly listed companies and financiers.
Throughout his career, James has developed an extensive knowledge of marketing, sales, town planning, valuation, contract negotiations, finance and investment analysis.
James has an Environmental Engineering degree from The University of Queensland. He has previously worked in London, Melbourne and the USA. James is also a company director for a water treatment business.
James joined Invest & Co in 2024.
